A self-initiated concept project: a fictional fine-dining restaurant in Amsterdam, designed and built end to end as a cinematic, scroll-driven experience.
Not a real client — a demonstration of how far we push brand, typography and motion when nothing has to be compromised.
The challenge
Could we build a restaurant website that doesn't read as a template — where every section tells a moment in one evening, instead of the usual Hero → About → Contact structure?
The approach
One continuous scroll narrative ('an evening unfolds'): from the street inside, into the kitchen, the table set, dinner served, wine poured, through to the last glass. Scroll-linked animation, a dedicated typographic system and recurring timestamps carry the story.
The result
A complete homepage plus Menu, Story, Restaurant and Reservations pages, including a working reservation form and cinematic page transitions — built within the same codebase and with the same care as a real client engagement.
